Add to your daily eating plan:
- A variety of steamed, lightly cooked organic vegetables
- Natural and organic grass-fed meats (which include poultry, lamb, eggs and organic dairy, some beans, salmon, sardines or other small fish two times a week)
- A small variety of grains such as brown rice, millet, and quinoa
- Some high quality raw (if you can find it) organic full-fat dairy
- Healthy quality fats such as butter, egg yolks, flax oil, hemp oil, olive oil, and small amounts of vegetable oils
- A piece of fruit (some berries, an apple and other low glycemic fruits)
Remove from your diet:
- White Sugar
- Artificial Sweeteners
- Preservatives
- Additives
- Chemicals and Unhealthy fats (Trans-fats, Hydrogenated and Partially Hydrogenated Oils)
- White flour if possible
Add drinking water
- 2-3 quarts daily for adults: spring or carbon filtered water will help hydrate your body
- Avoid distilled water for longer periods of time because it is devoid of minerals
Get rid of toxic products

Minimize electromagnetic pollution
- Unplug wireless router at night
- Use headphones when using a cell phone
- Put cell phone in airplane mode at night
- Limit time on your cell phone
- Keep your landline
- Turn off IPAD’s and tablets when not using
Get outdoors
- 1/2 hour daily outside if possible
- Promotes vitamin D production
- Helps with calcium absorption (bones, regulates insulin, pH balance)
- Helps with phosphorus absorption (needed for healing, bones, teeth, energy)
Do something for yourself every day, even if it for only a few minutes
Some ideas:
- Read a good book
- Listen to your favorite music
- Have a cup of your favorite tea
- Go on a walk
- Be in nature
- Meditate
