Long Business Description
My journey started when I personally decided to stop taking "natural" thyroid medications and address the root cause of my thyroid and adrenal imbalances. After several years of working with a function medicine doctor and agreeing to take Armor Thyroid, I began asking questions as I realized my thyroid was becoming more and more sluggish. Originally when I started on the medication, I thought it was "temporary" and expected to stop taking medication as my thyroid healed.
What I didn't know was that if you take medication, your thyroid becomes more and more sluggish since it no longer needs to produce thyroid hormones. In essence my thyroid was getting weaker, and I was going to be "stuck" taking medication for life! And even if the medication was "natural", this was not my goal.
After much research, I stumbled upon the work of Paul Eck and how balancing minerals was the key to proper thyroid and adrenal function. I began healing my thyroid through a proper Mineral Balancing Program.
As a Holistic Lifestyle Practitioner, who also worked in the fitness field, I was obsessed with health and wanted to share what I knew with everyone!
Through the years, I have worked with many additional modalities, but I have never stopped working with the basics – A proper Mineral Balancing Program. Like a car that needs regular oil changes, the HTMA provides me with information to "tune" my body and stay on track and I do the same for clients.
Working with video and audio files has allowed me to work with clients all over the world! I offer free follow-up for clients as needed to give them all the support they need to follow their programs.
Healing and optimal wellness is a journey – not a destination – but it can also be fun! There is nothing better than feeling your best and having the energy to live your best life! I am here to help you on your journey!
